With experience spanning cutting-edge companies like SpaceX, Harvard Medical School, and multiple startups, he has led the design and commercialization of ultra-compact, high-performance cooling technologies. As a named inventor on multiple patents, Dr. Monazami brings a deep understanding of wearable thermal management systems, making him a key innovator in the field. His expertise in developing lightweight, compact, and efficient cooling solutions positions him at the forefront of revolutionizing personal climate control with advanced cooling vests.

Tim Sehnem brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience across military and corporate sectors. With an MBA and extensive background in directing multi-million dollar defense projects, he has led cross-functional teams and worked closely with DoD and international clients. His combat experience offers critical insight into the real-wolrd application of ITL's thermal technologies.

A proven entrepreneur, Tim founded, grew, and sold Worth3D, a 3D immersive tech company. His combined defense and business expertise positions him to drive ITL's innovations from concept to market. Tim leads a high-caliber team at ITL, pairing scientific innovation with operational excellence to revolutionize thermal management systems for military, industrial, and medical use, enhancing performance and safety in extreme conditions.

Dr. Sahar Jahani is an accomplished engineer with a Ph.D. in Bio-Electrical Engineering and nearly a decade of experience in medical device innovation. She specializes in thermal management, human-centered design, and advanced system integration, and leads the development of intelligent wearable vests designed to enable the body to maintain comfort and performance in extreme heat. Sahar’s work bridges engineering and empathy, addressing real-world challenges faced by individuals with heat sensitivity—from patients with neurological conditions to professionals in high-heat environments. She spearheads product refinement, clinical validation, and manufacturing scale-up of the vests.
